These communications are sent only with your explicit consent and are not required to use the Platform. 2. TYPES OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 2.1 Promotional Offers • Discount codes and special Credit pricing • Seasonal promotions and limited-time offers • Referral program rewards and bonuses • Bulk Credit purchase incentives 2.2 Educational Content • Platform usage tips • Home services trends • Case studies and best practices 2.3 Personalized Suggestions • Suggested Professionals based on your service history • Relevant seasonal offers • Localized recommendations using app activity or general location data Note: The following communications are considered operational and are not governed by this Marketing Communications Policy: • Platform updates and policy changes • Transactional messages (e.g., Credit purchases, account verification) • Estimate reminders or unread chat alerts • Account and security-related notices 3.
